About This Class

If you want to learn meditation but can’t sit still, you are not alone and this class is for you. This gentle practice will bring deep relaxation for the mind and the body, and cultivate inner qualities of peace and light. You will be guided through a series of movements that are gentle, natural, and even fun. You will feel rejuvenated in incredible ways after the practice. It is an organic integration of the Himalaya Meditation practice and the ancient middle-eastern dance lineage. No prior experience in yoga required. All the moves can be done sitting or standing. No bending or floor movement.

This class is taught by Dr. Qinghong Wei, an artist and scholar who has over 15 years of meditation and dance experience with many amazing teachers. She moved to Hayesville two years ago to start a nature farm + art studio. This class is a gift to the community. Donations gratefully accepted.
