About This Class

We are so excited to announce our newest class: Progressive Ashtanga beginning May 7 every Tuesday and Thurday from 7-8 am. The class will be lead by two experienced teachers, Zach and Alexandra, and is designed to awaken your practice with classic poses, dynamic transitions, and is designed for ALL levels.
