
Treat yourself to 2 hours of self-care during the holiday season. This special class will promote deep relaxation to the body and mind beginning with pranayama (breathing exercises) to calm the nervous system followed by gentle movements to free the body of muscular tensions. Then we will relax in various restorative yoga poses, most using a bolster. We will end with Yoga Nidra, a guided visualization/meditation practice that will take you into yoga sleep—–aware and awake in profoundly relaxing rest. Leave class completely rejuvenated.
