Yin Yoga

Yin yoga works deeply into the body with longer held poses. It targets the connective tissues (ligaments, joints and fascia). Yin yoga also improves energy flow to the organs, calms the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety and is a complement to yang yoga. Yin Yoga is taught by Bonnie and are held on Mondays at 5:30 pm
