The class closes with unique chakra balancing, leading into Savasana, helping to reset your energetic body and deepen your sense of calm and clarity.

Marni, your guide, brings decades of experience as a Reiki Master, intuitive and quantum energy healer, shamanic practitioner, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and medium. Known as Human Sunshine, Marni’s approach is both wildly loving and no-nonsense, helping you release the pain, patterns, and pressure stored deep within your body. Her teaching is intuitive, powerful, and fiercely nurturing—like a shot of soul espresso to invigorate your day.
