About This Class

Experience the yogic methods to keep and /or increase your range of motion. You’ll build strength and flexibility while improving posture and balance.

The class will include centering and mindfulness practices, traditional yoga postures from a seated (and standing) position along with revitalizing and de-stressing breath-work. This class is great for people who want to get all the benefits of a yoga practice but find it difficult to get down to the floor to practice.
