All-Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga is a mat class that offers the participants an opportunity to indulge in a serene and unhurried experience. We start with centering, then warm-ups preparing us to build heat with sun salutations, slow, yoga flows and then transition into various either seated, prone and supine yoga poses that lead us into a restful and well deserved savasana.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga incorporates longer holds with (with or without support) most often either seated or reclined, allows for a deeper dive into the body’s more plastic tissues including fascia, joints and tendons. In addition, Yin yoga enhances the vital energy flow to the internal organs. It’s also a nice complement to the more Yang styles of yoga and other physical activities.
