All Levels Yoga

Enjoy a slower pace and gentle flows in this ALL LEVELS yoga class. The class will begin with centering before moving into warm ups to prepare for traditional yoga poses and slow flows. The class will include breathing practices to reduce stress and revitalize your body and mind. All students will be empowered to “listen to their own wisdom” to personalize their practice.
Chair Yoga

Experience the yogic methods to keep and /or increase your range of motion. You’ll build strength and flexibility while improving posture and balance. The class will include centering and mindfulness practices, traditional yoga postures from a seated (and standing) position along with revitalizing and de-stressing breath-work. This class is great for people who want to get all the benefits of a yoga practice but find it difficult to get down to the floor to practice.
Find Your Balance Series
Day and Time: Mondays at 10 AM

Aging actively is important to having a quality of life that is enjoyable and fulfilling. Not feeling steady on the feet can interfere with the desire to be active. The FYB Series are chair yoga classes that addresses the strengthening of the postural muscles to achieve better balance so an active lifestyle can be achieved. The chair provides support to work the muscles deeply. Bonnie teaches these series on Mondays at 10 am.
Yin Yoga
Day and Time: Mondays at 5:30 PM

Yin Yoga works deeply into the body with longer held poses and is done mostly seated or lying down on the mat. It targets the connective tissues (ligaments, joints and fascia). Yin improves the energy flow to the organs, calms the mind and body, reduces stress and anxiety and is complimentary to the Yang style of yoga or other sports and strength training. Bonnie’s Yin Yoga class is offered on Monday evenings at 5:30 pm.
Kundalini and QiGong Practices
Day and Time: Thursdays at 5:30 PM

Vinyasa Flow cultivates the flow of internal energy into a beautiful flow of postures. Kundalini Yoga activates prana/chi energy, and strengthens the nervous system.
Meridian Yoga opens and balances the internal energy flow.
Qi Gong, is an ancient Chinese moving meditation and health method that cleanses the senses and balances one’s vital energy.

Gentle Dance

Join Dr. Qinghong Wei for a gentle, relaxing and rejuvenating dance class. No prior experience in dance required. What we will learn is primarily based on Oriental Dance, an ancient art form created by women and for women. It’s low impact and will rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. On the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Starts on August 11th 2022
Foundation Training
