I fell in love with yoga in shavasana after my very first yoga class inside One Yoga Planet. Laying there, feeling better than I ever had I thought to myself," this is what i've been missing my whole life". From then on yoga was a huge part of my life. I got certified a few years after that and then opened Sunrise Yoga Studio back in 2008 and have been going ever since. What I love most about teaching is the people I've met and the friendships that I've gained.
