Vinyasa Yoga with Zach
We invite yo to join this new yoga class weekly with Zack to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus through classic poses, breath control, and good posture. Suitable for all levels, these sessions start gently with warm-ups, progress to building flows, and include hip-opening and core-strengthening poses. Modifications, variations, and props will be provided to tailor the practice to each individual.

Flow & Restore with Alexandra Emery
Shake off the week and sink into serenity with Flow & Restore —the perfect Friday evening reset. Join Alex for a 75-minute practice that starts with a gentle flow to wake up the body, followed by soothing restorative postures and mindful breathing to bring balance and relaxation.

Each session includes extended warm-up’s, longer held postures and props to ensure comfort and safety. Benefits include, calming the nervous system, aiding digestion, reducing stress and improving sleep.
