Yin Yoga
Longer holds with (with or without support )either seated or reclined, allows for a deeper dive into the body’s more plastic tissues including fascia, joints and tendons. In addition, Yin yoga enhances the vital energy flow to the internal organ. It’s also a nice complement to the more Yang styles of yoga and other
physical activities.

Gentle/Restorative Yoga Series
Join Bonnie for a 5 week Gentle / Restorative Yoga Series
This slow-paced Hatha yoga class features accessible movements and supportive modifications- ideal for seniors, beginners, or anyone seeking a gentle practice.
Each session includes extended warm-up’s, longer held postures and props to ensure comfort and safety. Benefits include, calming the nervous system, aiding digestion, reducing stress and improving sleep. With a focus on breath, low-impact movement and seated poses, this series offers a welcoming, restorative experience for all.

Tai Chi Gung Standing Exercises Series with Lynday Huneycutt
Join Lynday Huneycutt for this 5 week Tai Chi Gung Standing Exercise Series. This ancient practice, including breath, slow flowing movement and focused awareness, help students align with and awaken the body’s vital life force and Nature. Beginning Friday, March 20 at 11 am. (other dates March, 27, April 10, April 17 and April 24. Cost for the whole series is $45 but drop-ins are welcome and first class is free.
