Join us for a special sound immersion at Sunrise Yoga Studio with Alex Ballew of Secret River Sounds on Friday, March 27 at 5:30pm.
Alex will be filling the room with vibrations and gentle melodies from different musical and vibrational instruments, helping you to drift into a quiet still place. From there you'll access the parasympathetic nervous system relax and become grounded enabling you to let go, connect and tap into your innate ability for self-healing.
