Zach's classes will showcase classic yoga poses in sequence. Pacing will be calm. Students will gain strength & flexibility through breath control, mental focus & good posture. The classes will start gently to warm the body. We will then move through a few building flows followed by hip opening and core strengthening poses. All levels of practitioners are  welcome. Modifications, variations, & props will be offered and are highly encouraged to personalize the class to each student. Use your pass or drop-in for $14 (Venmo available)

Zach was certified to lead vinyasa yoga in 2015 in Tampa, FL and Progressive Ashtanga in 2018 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Zach is  an ex-college athlete with a BS and MS in biology with a focus in comparative anatomy. After college he sought a dynamic movement practice that would both challenge and heal the body.  In 2010, he found the practice of Ashtanga yoga and fell in love with the 8 limb system.  His teaching style focuses on breath, focus, and classic poses linked through playful yet powerful transitions. He encourages all levels to attend and feel the joy of yoga.
