You’re invited to join Lynday for a 5-week Tai Chi Gung series.

In this series, we’ll deepen our practice by exploring the regenerative and restorative qualities of Tai Chi Gung—once known as “Simple Yoga.” We’ll continue with the four standing exercises and begin to integrate intermediate movements.

Beginners are welcome.

Together, we’ll explore a practice that has helped many—including Lynday—cultivate greater ease in the body, clarity in the mind, and a steady sense of calm and well-being in daily life.

This is a series, that will meet Fridays at 11 am.

Dates are : May 22, 29 June 12, 19 and 29.

Drop-in’s are welcome and your first Tai Chi Gung class is free.
