Marni April is a Reiki Master, intuitive energy healer, shamanic practitioner, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and medium — also known as Human Sunshine. With decades of experience and a wildly loving, no-nonsense approach, she helps people release pain, patterns, and pressure stored deep in the body. Her work is intuitive, powerful, and fiercely nurturing — like soul espresso.

“I was born dialed into love. Since I was three, I’ve helped people heal — pain, patterns, trauma, and disconnection — using my intuitive gifts and deep compassion.
I’m an energy alchemist: Reiki Master, quantum healer, shamanic and intuitive energy healer, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and medium. Like a soul smoothie — potent, nurturing, and unforgettable. But beyond titles — I’m sunshine in human form, here to bring warmth, safety, and fierce love to every soul I meet.
My sessions are short but powerful — like soul espresso. In just 15 minutes, you’ll feel seen, softened, supported.
I work with humans who feel stuck in responsibility and invisible in their own lives. The ones who’ve been told they’re too much or too sensitive. The ones whose bodies whisper what their voices won’t say:
- Chronic tension, fatigue, inflammation, or bloating
- IBS or gut issues that signal more than digestion
- Sleepless nights, low energy, buried grief
- Body parts avoided, disliked, or numb
- The constant weight of pressure they don’t even realize they carry
This work isn’t something I do — it’s who I am. I’ve walked through the fire of DV, SA, narcissistic abuse, cancer, my son’s PTSD, an eating disorder, and grief — and I’m still here: glowing, dancing, laughing, and holding space for others to come back home to themselves.
When I’m not doing healing work, I’m being a proud single mom to my amazing teenage son, playing pickleball, walking in nature, chasing waterfalls, cooking delicious meals, and recording episodes of my new podcast, Human Sunshine. I love live music in intimate venues, singing in the car, dancing in the kitchen, and staying grounded in this beautifully weird, simple, and soulful life.”….Marni
