Vinyasa Yoga with Zach

We invite yo to join this new yoga class weekly with Zack to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus through classic poses, breath control, and good posture. Suitable for all levels, these sessions start gently with warm-ups, progress to building flows, and include hip-opening and core-strengthening poses. Modifications, variations, and props will be provided to tailor the practice to each individual.

About This Class

 These classes will showcase classic yoga poses in sequence. Pacing will be calm. Students will gain strength & flexibility through breath control, mental focus & good posture. The classes will start gently to warm the body. We will then move through a few building flows followed by hip opening and core strengthening poses. All levels of practitioners are  welcome. Modifications, variations, & props will be offered and are highly encouraged to personalize the class to each student.
