Kundalini Workshop

Join Sabrina Renee Clinard for a two-hour Kundalini Yoga workshop exploring a practice designed to support physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Kundalini Yoga uses specific techniques — including breathwork, hand positions (mudras), mantra, meditation, and intentional body positioning — each practiced with purpose. These methods work with the nervous system, glands, and energy of the body to create focused and meaningful effects.
“Raising your Kundalini” simply means increasing awareness and becoming more conscious and present in your life. This accessible practice is open to anyone, regardless of experience level.
